Return Policy
We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What can I return?
• You may return any item purchased from TurtleCart™ that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
• Sale products are non-returnable.
• Customised styles, kids wear, jutties, blouses & accessories are non-returnable.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(Shipping Label).
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@turtlecart.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
• Shipping is free within and outside India.
• For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns
• For orders delivered in US - Reverse pick up charges - $30 Per Item
• For orders delivered in rest of the countries - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at Support@Fashioncat.in Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable.
Are there any duties and taxes?
• For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
• For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. TurtleCart™ will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
When will I get my refund?
• We will initiate a refund once the product is received back in our warehouse
How can I claim my return?
• We would Request you to complain/intimation within 48 hours of delivery

How much time the refund takes?
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return in store and get it exchange?
• Yes, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
• Yes, if order is not dispatched. you can contact us immediately to change shipping address. if your order is dispatched then shipping address is not changed.
